When will my order be delivered

  • Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. IST can be delivered on the same day to most major cities and metro's. After this time the order will be delivered within the next 24 hours.
  • Cities that are remote will be done within the next 48 hours. If the item in a remote location is undeliverable then the buyer will be informed and refunded the amount paid.
  • Delivery on Public Holidays excluded. We do deliver on Sundays at most locations in India.
  • Delivery time is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Before and after this time please inquire via mail.
  • Delivery on special occasions for e.g. Valentine' s Day, delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Valentine's day orders received up to 13th February 12:00 noon IST, will be delivered on 14th February. After this time the delivery maybe done on 15th February. Due to heavy orders the order may be delayed to the following day.

Any changes in the order information can be made only if intimated at least 1 day prior to the delivery of the order.

Was my order delivered?

All customers are automatically sent a confirmation that we have received their order, as long as they have provided us with a valid email address. You can also track your order status in the order tracking system.

  • If canceling, I will do so at least 48 hrs before the requested delivery date or be charged in full.
  • I agree that delivery delay due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or an act of terror is not a cause for refund or replacement under any circumstances.
  • The physical delivery addresses and contact details provided by me are correct and I have not left out any information that will delay the delivery. I confirm that the delivery is not to PO Box address.
  • In case the recipient is unavailable at the given address, I agree that the delivering outlet can leave the product at the doorstep / with a neighbor / leave a door tag / leave a voice message or coordinate with the recipient to re-attempt delivery.
  • Sometimes, the delivering outlet may substitute flowers, container or accessories, without notice to me, due to non-availability. This is acceptable to me and I will not deny payment to Mayflower.in on account of such substitution.
  • Add on gifts such as Stuff Toys, Chocolates, Cakes, Dry Fruits, Fresh Fruits etc may differ from city to city but we will send the same or higher value substitute if necessary. Add on gift and the flowers may not be delivered together at the same time in the delivery city. In the case of cakes, sometimes due to limitations, you may receive 500g x 2 instead of a 1kg cake due to time limitations. Picture is just an indication. Actual product may vary from time to time.
  • My order will be delivered anytime between 9am and 8pm. I agree that the time of delivery (AM/PM) on the requested delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
  • I agree that the delivery confirmation will be emailed to me within 2 business days after the requested delivery date.
  • I agree that any complaint pertaining to the order or service will be reported within 7 days from the requested delivery date.

International Deliveries

  • International deliveries are undertaken by May Flower to most countries in the world through a wide network.
  • International deliveries are subject to prior notice and may not be available on the same day due to time zones
  • Flower pictures are only to illustrate. Actual product will differ from country to country. May Flower will try its best to deliver the same product but due to seasonal variations of flowers and colors, the same may be substituted for flowers of equal range or higher.
  • Other Gift items may not be available in all countries.

How to Place an Order

We've designed the May Flower website to make it quick and simple for you to place your order. After you've found the flowers you want to send, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below.

  • Shop From a Variety of Categories : Occasion, Product Category or Price-or search by a specific keyword.
  • Select Your Product and Choose Your Preferences. On the product information page, select how you would like to customize your gift. For example, in some instances, you will be asked whether you want to send your gift as shown or in a deluxe or premium arrangement or you may have the option to include something extra with your gift like a stuffed animal or box of chocolates. When you choose an arrangement from our Flowers in a Gift collection, we'll ask you to enter your recipient's zip code so that we can guarantee that the florist in their neighborhood has item in stock Once you have selected from the preferences, click Add to Cart. Your gift bouquet will be stored in your personal shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing by clicking on Return to Shopping or proceed to Checkout.
  • Proceed to checkout. When you are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page, and then select Checkout. You are now on the Log In page, and you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. If you are a returning shopper, enter your May Flower password. If you are a new shopper, just click on the Continue button. You will have an opportunity to create a password later in the checkout process.
  • Provide recipient delivery information. After you log in, you will be asked for the recipient's delivery information. This information will allow us to ensure that your bouquet is created by an experienced florist in the recipient's neighborhood. You can choose to select a particular florist from the list of our partner's in the recipient's neighborhood, or you can choose to have us select one for you. At this time, you can also create a personal message for your card. For your convenience, we also offer pre-written messages.
  • Provide your billing information. You will be asked for your credit card information. May Flower transmits all credit card information using the best software available for secure commerce transactions. Please review our Security and Privacy policy(link) for more information.

Order Changes and Cancellations

May Flower is unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Delivery Policy

Every May Flower gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Delivery to Hospitals

The florists in our May Flower network are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.

May Flower will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Recipient Not Home

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:

  • Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
  • Leave the bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
